These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Froddy website, account dashboard, and related materials provided by OOO "ФРОДДИ" (the "Company", "we", "us").
Commercial terms for paid access, payment procedures, and liability are set out in the Public Offer Agreement.
Froddy is a pre-payout control layer for automated financial operations. The Service analyses transaction events against configurable rules and returns verdicts via API and account dashboard. The Service is not a banking product, payment service, or financial operator.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service in violation of applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, data, or infrastructure; disrupt the stability or security of the Service; introduce malware, conduct automated attacks, or send spam; copy, decompile, or otherwise misappropriate the Company's software or materials.
Paid access is activated upon confirmation of successful payment and is available through the account area and API. The Service is provided as digital access only — no physical delivery applies.
The Client may stop using the Service at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. The next period is not charged automatically — payment for continuation is initiated by the Client.

All rights to the Service, content, design, code, documentation, and trademarks belong to the Company or are used by it on a lawful basis. These Terms grant a limited right to use the Service only. No other intellectual property rights are transferred.
The Service provides analytical tools and does not guarantee the prevention of fraud or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Liability terms for paid access are governed by the Public Offer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for security, product development, or legal compliance reasons.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, in the courts at the Provider's registered location.
